Electric assistance is delivered by the rear hub drive Smartbike X35 system, manufactured by German automotive manufacturer MAHLE. The 36V 250W motor provides ample assistance for you to keep pace with traffic and cruise uphill, ensuring you reach your destination fast, with a smile upon your face.
The LYFE electric city bike has up to 75km range between charges so you can ride on in confidence as you power to your destination. When the mood strikes to work a little harder, the integrated iWoc controller allows you to select from three assistance levels on the fly, so you can choose when to sweat and when to glide.

"An extremely comfortable, fun ride, with practical accessories as standard. The relatively low torque Ebikemotion hub means pedalling still feels natural and you'll certainly get some exercise, but the hills are less intimidating. Since the Equipped' pack only adds 100, it seems like a no-brainer to invest a little extra. The LYFE Equipped comes with mudguards, pannier racks and integrated lights as standard, considered alongside the 2300 RRP, its a very good package."
