The all new Dawes Central is a great choice for men or women wanting to take the strain out of cycling. Or those who are simply looking to cycle more regularly or further than normal. With its powerful 250W Mid-Drive motor, the aptly named Central quietly and smoothly assists your pedalling up to a speed of 15.5mph (legal requirement in the UK). After which you can continue to pedal yourself to whatever speed your legs can carry you using the Shimano EZ Fire 7 speed transmission. The 36V/6.6Ah battery uses quality cells, granting an approximate range of up to 60km* and to take care of stopping weve fitted powerful Tektro hydraulic disc brakes. Complete weight, including battery; 23.3kg Not only does this bike allow you to get places quicker, and stop with confidence, it will do it all while youre sat in comfort! Weve chosen a well padded comfort saddle, gel filled grips, full length mudguards and an easy to adjust handlebar stem so that you can find a comfortable riding position and cycle in any clothes you like without worry of getting a muddy stripe up your back.
