For use with original, pre-Keo pedals, the LOOK Delta shape cleat functions by a rotational movement that allows release by the interior or exterior of the foot. The two sided exit improves safety. There is nothing to interfere with inside pedal release.
The fluoropolymer material eases entry and exit and diminishes considerably the possibility of cleat noise.
